Francesca Lorenzini is a strategist, entrepreneur and creative working at the intersection of capital, technology, creativity and human potential.
She is the Founder & CEO of Reviglia, an interdisciplinary strategy and transformation company helping leaders, founders and organizations turn ambitious ideas into strategy, creative direction and meaningful execution. She is also a Creative Partner at Runway, working at the frontier of generative AI, image and video.
Francesca brings more than a decade of experience across private markets, capital formation, investor relations, strategic partnerships and executive communications. Most recently, she served as Director of Capital Formation at Sustainable Development Capital LLP, a global sustainable infrastructure investment platform.
Her experience includes creating a £100 million investment vehicle in partnership with the Greater London Authority and personally raising more than $65 million in institutional capital. She has also worked alongside CEOs, C-suite executives, founders and entrepreneurs on positioning, communications, strategy and high-stakes opportunities, with media experience spanning Bloomberg, CNBC and Barron's.
Beyond institutional finance, Francesca has built businesses and creative projects spanning art, artificial intelligence, brand development, content and visual experiences. Her creative work includes projects for Infinity Constellation and artwork acquired by Atlas Holdings.
Francesca holds a Master's degree in Philosophy from Columbia University. That background informs Reviglia's broader philosophy: that meaningful transformation begins with seeing differently — awakening new possibilities, revealing unrealized potential and turning vision into action.

Marlen Fjeldstad brings an international perspective shaped by a career spanning business, luxury, high-net-worth relationships and the creative world.
As Director of Strategic Partnerships & Business Development, Marlen helps expand Reviglia's network of clients, partners and collaborators. Her experience working closely with high-net-worth individuals, CEOs and senior executives has developed a highly personal approach to relationships, discretion and understanding what matters to people.
Before moving further into business, Marlen spent nearly a decade as an international fashion model, represented in London, New York, Paris and Dubai and working with leading names across fashion, beauty and media. Having lived and worked internationally — including in New York City — she brings cultural fluency, adaptability and a genuinely global outlook to Reviglia.
She holds a BSc in Strategic Marketing Management from BI Norwegian Business School. Across her work, Marlen is motivated by creating meaningful relationships and making a positive difference in the lives of people and animals.
